Greystone 1590 cc USSD competitions are open to all Vodacom, MTN and Cell C mobile contract and prepaid subscribers in South Africa. Contract subscribers will be supplied with a prepaid airtime voucher via SMS for the network that they are on.

Winners will be sms'ed the winning voucher number within 15 minutes from receiving the winning entry to the prepaid competition winner,.

You must have the bill payers permission to use these services.

Greystone 1590 cc will not be held liable for any loss, harm or damage incurred by you as a result of using these services and that you agree to indemnify Greystone 1590 cc and waive any liability in this respect. Greystone 1590 cc and its affiliated companies may contact you with regards to promotions via sms.
Errors billed

Interruptions or Discontinuation of Services, Greystone 1590 cc may suspend the Services for repair, maintenance, and or upgrade work. In such event, Greystone 1590 cc shall aim at keeping the said interruption short and cause as little inconvenience to you as reasonably possible.

Greystone 1590 cc reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, individual services provided by it or third parties via the Services, or the Services themselves. If a service is or the Services are to be permanently discontinued by Greystone 1590 cc it will notify you of this fact.

SMS communications will inform you of any promotions.
Service users have the right to opt out of marketing messages by replying out to the marketing message received.

Competition Participation

• Competitions are conducted by Greystone1590 cc.
• Participation in the competition implies your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
• No person who is a director, employee or agent of or consultant to Greystone 1590 cc , or Greystone 1590 cc technology partners, or who is a spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister, business partner or associate to a director, employee or agent of or consultant to Greystone 1590 cc, or Greystone 1590 cc technology partners, is eligible to participate or enter this competition.
• This competition is open to all Greystone 1590 cc customers who are legal residents of the Republic of South Africa aged 18 years or over.

Prizes:

• Are in the form of airtime, cash or a physical prizes.
• Prizes will be communicated via sms or telephone call.
• Prizes are awarded for certain behaviors that will be communicated in the form of an sms.
• Prize winners will be drawn daily, weekly or monthly and will be communicated in the form of an sms.
• The prize winners will be notified directly by Greystone 1590 cc via telephone call and or sms.
• Prize-winners may be requested to participate in publicity connected to this competition. The prize-winners grant permission for the use of their names and photographs in any advertising and promotional material for this competition.

R1.25 per content item. Entry into the game is free.

Ussd game version:

You pay for a saying at R1.67/20 seconds (Vodacom) and R1.87 and 20c/20 seconds (MTN) and R1.67 (Cell C). You will automatically be entered into an Airtime Competition.

Java application game version:

R1 per content item. You will incur wap charges upon download and playing the game. Entry into the game is free. Downloading the game is for free.

General Rules

• The pin is the responsibility of the phone number owner. Loss or misconducts of the pin will be the responsibility of the phone number owner and Greystone holds no liability.
• An airtime pin will only be awarded to the winning amount of cashed out credits. You may not credit your account with credits and cash out your winnings and bought credits together.
• The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Income taxes relating to the prizes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
• The Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of South Africa and each party hereby consents to the jurisdiction and venue of a competent court in the Republic of South Africa.
• Any fraudulent act or contravention of these rules by the Participant will disqualify the Participant, without prejudice to any other right or remedy Greystone 1590 cc may have under this agreement or at law.
• Acceptance of the prize is at winners own risk. Under no circumstances will Greystone 1590 cc and its successors, employees, officers, suppliers, contractors, agents, consultants, directors and shareholders be liable for all and any losses, claims, proceedings, actions, personal injury or death, damages, (direct, consequential or otherwise), including: the transfer and/or receipt of any data and/or information available on the Internet; any Internet network malfunction as well as any malfunction of software or hardware preventing the smooth running or functioning of the Competition; the loss of electronic mail entries and, more generally, any loss of data; the consequences of any viruses, software bug, error, or technical failure; any demands, expenses, legal costs (on an attorney and own client basis), medical costs or other costs howsoever arising out of, based upon, or in connection with (directly or indirectly) the competition, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• Greystone 1590 cc reserves the right to cancel or alter any aspect of the competition at any time without liability and at its sole discretion, without prior notice, including without limitation, extension of the participation period, and postponement of announcement of winners. If you do not accept the changes, you may cease your participation in the Competition.
• Participants in the competition understand and agree that in order to offer the competition; Greystone 1590 cc must collect and use personal information about Participants. Personal data which Participants provide when entering this competition will be used by Greystone 1590 cc and its affiliates and representatives for the purposes of this competition and for any extra services for which you have specifically opted. This competition is conducted under the terms of applicable privacy statements available for review on or through the Greystone 1590 cc website.
• Greystone 1590 cc will attempt to contact Promotion prize winners during normal office hours Monday to Friday the 1st working day after the promotion ends. In the event that the prize winner is not available, a further 3 attempts will be made during normal office hours to contact the winner, if no response is received the prize will be forfeited.
